Exchanges and Returns
At 4beatz.com, we'd like to help you resolve a purchase problem
as quickly and easily as possible. Provided you meet the terms
and conditions listed below, you may make an exchange or return.
Please note that not all items are covered by our returns policy.

General Policies
Order cancellation before shipping is subject to 3.2% cancellation
fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable on items returned.
All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number.* Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without
one. Please note: merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking
fee. Also note this fee is adjusted if not (as new
condition in the original packaging and have all accessories,
blank warranty cards, and owners manuals..etc)
An RMA must be requested within 15 days of the original invoice
date. Thereafter, all sales are final
The returned package must be received within 10 business days
of the RMA issued date.
All products are sold with their respective manufacturers
warranties. Please note that
warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier
that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for
insuring the returned item
All items must be returned in as new condition in
the original packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty
cards, and owners manuals.

requested return due to system interaction or bug problems)

Warranties
At 4beatz.com, all products are sold with their respective manufacturers
warranties. As noted below, we handle all exchanges and returns
within 15 days of the original purchase invoice date and request
of an RMA number. Thereafter, all applicable exchange and return
responsibility is turned over to the manufacturer. Please note
that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and
product. Also please note Shipping charges are non-refundable
in the event you receive a defective product.
Order Acceptance
4beatz.com appreciates your business. Our business is structured
to supply the computer music product needs of individuals, businesses,
institutions or agencies for their "personal" use
only. 4beatz.com does not accept orders from computer dealers,
exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell
the products that 4beatz.com offers for sale. As such, we will
not accept Tax Exempt Reseller documents.
4beatz.com reserves the right to, at any time, after receipt
of any order, from any customer, and without prior notice, supply
less than the quantity ordered of any item or to cancel an order.
Shipping
Orders placed before 4pm will be shipped the same day, otherwise
they will be dispatched the following business day.
Payment
4beatz.com accepts credit cards , Paypal payments, wire transfers
or money orders, and wire transfers as formal methods of payment.
Sorry, no personal checks accepted.
Credit Card: 4beatz.com accepts Mastercard,
Visa, American Express and Discover and there is no surcharge
for using your credit card with us:
Please note that our billing system will charge your credit
card only upon shipment unless it is a special order item or
a new item awaiting release and you are on a waiting list. Items
that are currently out of stock may be backordered at any time
-- you will not be charged until the item ships from our warehouse.
You may cancel your backorder at any time, or after 30 days
your backordered item(s) will automatically be cancelled.
Some products may require a special order. These are clearly
indicated on the product page. Special order products will be
billed at the time of purchase.
Cashiers Check or Money Order: If you pay by cashier's check
or money order, please mail a copy of your receipt printed from
our site along with your check, including shipping and tax,
if applicable, to:

Orders paid by cashier's check or money order will be released
to our warehouse for shipping 10 business days after receipt
of payment. Once payment is received, order information cannot
be modified.
Please Note: You may be contacted by a Customer Service Representative
to complete your transaction as a security measure. Orders placed
for items that are not in stock are processed in the same manner
as for items that are in stock. If your order contains both
in-stock and out-of-stock items, in-stock items will ship immediately
while backordered items will remain open. A backordered
item will ship as soon as it becomes available.
From time to time, products can be constrained or discontinued.
We will update you on a weekly basis with the status of your
backorder. If after 30 days we are unable to fulfill your backorder,
we will cancel your backorder and notify you accordingly. You
may also cancel your backorder at any time.

Overseas Orders
Billing address must match billing address of credit
card. Overseas orders will not be shipped to an address other
than the billing address. Please allow an extra 3-5 days for
verification purposes prior to shipping.
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs
inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance
with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes
are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and
the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's
laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via
the Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient. In
addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee
that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing
the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes. For
instance, the administrative fee in the United Kingdom is 6.50
British pounds for airmail parcels and 11.25 British pounds
for Global Express Mail; in 23 countries in Europe (Austria,
Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Monaco, Germany, Greece,
Ireland, Italy, San Marion, Vatican City, Luxembourg, Malta,
Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Adorra, Gilbratar, Sweden,
Switzerland, and Liechtenstein) the administrative fee is 17
Euros for Global Express Mail and Global Airmail Parcel Post;
and the administrative fee in Canada is $5 Canadian for Global
Airmail Parcel Post. Business mailers have the option to pay
the duties, taxes or fees to certain countries through an International
Customized Mail Agreement.
