Native Instruments Audio Kontrol 1 offers three buttons and a controller knob on the hardware's top panel. Native Instruments Audio Kontrol 1 - All Mapped Out

The integrated mappng software makes assigning software parameters to the control elements parfticularly easy. User-defined assignments can be saved, allowing you to create specific set-ups for all your applications and recall them at any time. An especiallly useful feature is the "modifier" function which essentially turns the buttons into shift or ctrl-buttons, allowing you to manipulate up to 10 parameters using just the four control elements.

Native Instruments Audio Kontrol 1 - Assignment Examples

TRAKTOR 3 LE: The control knob is assigned to the volume fader of TRAKTOR 3 LE’s main output. By clicking and holding the left button and turning the control, the volume of the left deck can be adjusted. Similarly the volume of the right deck can be adjusted by using the control knob with the right button pressed. Alternatively the pitch of the 2 decks could be adjusted in much the same manner.

PRO-53 XPRESS: Again, the volume fader could be assigned to the control knob. By using the knob when the left button is pressed, a filter cut-off could be adjusted ort he resonance when holding the right button clicked.

Innumerable combinations are possible – use the Native Instruments Audio Kontrol 1 to access the transport controls and volume of your favourite sequencer or Winamp and iTunes.

Discover the World of Digital DJing
Based on the award-winning TRAKTOR DJ Studio 3, this smaller version offers two decks and an integrated 2-channel mixer. Auto-sync, beat-accurate loops, and a host of other forward-thinking features and effects will have you mixing liquid sets in no time.

Two Digital Decks
TRAKTOR 3 LE has two fully-featured playback decks. Tracks can be loaded from the playlist into the decks per drag & drop. The track immediately appears in the waveform display. TRAKTOR 3 LE shows the running track's waveform as two separate frequency bands in real-time, thus enabling the user to anticipate beats, breaks and instrumentation ahead of time. An additional display for each deck shows the entire track as a mini waveform, allowing users to find any song passage fast.

As soon as a track is loaded, TRAKTOR's automatic BPM detection calculates the tempo. Adjust the tempo of a track manually or use the sync function automatically to align the tempo of the two tracks being played. Key lock and time stretching features are also included. A beat-accurate instant loop button and cue point offers some creative mixing possibilities.

The Mixer
TRAKTOR 3 LE's integrated 2-channel mixer provides a classic 3-band equalizer with kill switches and input gain. The central element of the mixer is of course the crossfader and cue mix with separate headphone mix. A master effects section has been included, offering 4 different effects: filter, delay, reverb and flanger. All controls offer incremental buttons and the "Ghost Pointer" feature allows you to instantly jump to a pre-defined value.

Integrated Beatport Access
TRAKTOR DJ Studio 3 also boasts direct integrated access to the Beatport Online Music Store, allowing you to browse their extensive catalogue, pre-listen and buy hot new tracks and download them directly into your library - and all this is possible from within the TRAKTOR DJ Studio 3 browser.

The Browser and Track Collection
TRAKTOR 3 LE’s ultra-fast database makes it easy to manage and archive tens of thousands of tracks. Powerful naming tools and extended ID3-tags allow all information to be saved in the MP3 file. Look for your audio files using the integrated file browser; add tracks to your playlist, track collection folder or the new record cases, and pre-listen tracks without having to load them into a deck. Browse by artist, album, genre or label, or use the fast search engine to find a specific track. Save as many playlists as you like. iTunes playlist import is also supported.

GUITAR COMBOS perfectly recreate three classic combos, using the same critically acclaimed technology that has already won GUITAR RIG 16 industry awards. The package includes AC BOX COMBO, PLEXI COMBO and TWANG COMBO. The lovingly emulated tube combos have an absolutely authentic, warm and dynamic sound, producing the purest of tones. Their flexible nature allows them to be used both as stand-alone applications and as plug-ins. The 100 professional presets included in the package only hint at the wide musical spectrum covered by these classic amps and at the potential they offer.

Simple Yet Precise
While still keeping things simple, intuitive and exceptionally easy to use, GUITAR COMBOS also offers a basic set of features that allow you to tune your individual sound. Each combo consists of an amplifier, a static microphone and cabinet setup as well as a tuner, noise gate and a limiter. In addition to this, each model features a different selection of effects such as overdrive, chorus or delay that are typical of the sonic character of that particular model.
