The Boss AD8 Acoustic Guitar Processor uses COSM® modeling technology to transform the piezo pickup sound of an ordinary electric/acoustic into your choice of six high-end acoustic guitars. Models include Martin D28/00028, Gibson J45, Guild D40 and Jose Ramirez. The versatile Boss AD8 Acoustic Guitar Processor can also simulate the warm sound created by miking the guitar's neck and body - a world's first. It accomplishes this by modeling several of the greatest classic mics anywhere, including the Neumann U67 and 87 and the AKG C12. Controls include Body and String Enhance to simulate warm, miked acoustic sounds. The Boss AD8 Acoustic Guitar Processor provides high-quality reverb, tailored for acoustic guitar, 4-band EQ, Anti-Feedback control and an onboard TU-2 type chromatic tuner with Mute function. Four Preset memory locations instantly switch acoustic models.
